The association needed a centralized platform for member management, export documentation, quality certifications, and market price updates. Manual processes were causing delays and communication gaps between 200+ member exporters.

We built a custom web application featuring member registration and dashboard, real-time coffee price feeds, export documentation generator, quality certification tracking, and a communication hub. The system includes role-based access for members, inspectors, and administrators.
